The Healthy Professional Worker Partnership is a CIHR & SSHRC funded initiative that examines
from a comparative and intersectional gender lens.
Our Partnership involves seven case studies that include:

and a cross cutting Leadership theme
Our approach involves five key sources of data:
Collection and analysis of key documents and published literature
Interviews with key stakeholders
Online surveys with workers
In-depth interviews with workers
Evaluations of workplace wellness and return to work interventions
